TERMS OF SERVICE, PAYMENT, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Last updated: 4 September 2026
By using www.my-man3.com, requesting a quotation, placing an order, or paying an invoice, you agree to these terms. MAN3 provides Saudi market-entry, company establishment, licensing, compliance, consulting, studies, operational support, automation, opportunity intelligence, and related professional services. Each engagement is also governed by its accepted quotation, proposal, statement of work, invoice, or written agreement. If those documents conflict with these website terms, the engagement-specific document prevails.
Prices, scope, deliverables, assumptions, validity periods, and payment schedules are stated in the applicable listing, quotation, invoice, or agreement. Prices are in Saudi riyals unless stated otherwise. VAT and other applicable taxes are charged as required by Saudi law; store prices shown as tax-inclusive include the applicable VAT.
Government charges, licence fees, translations, attestations, courier, travel, banking fees, and other third-party costs are separate unless expressly included. Once paid or committed to a government authority or third party, these amounts are non-refundable except where that authority or provider returns them.
Payment may be made through an approved payment link, card, mada, Apple Pay, bank transfer, or another method offered by MAN3. An order is not considered paid until MAN3 or the payment provider confirms successful settlement. MAN3 does not store full card numbers or CVV. Suspected duplicate or unauthorised payments should be reported promptly to marketing@my-man3.com.
Public opportunity listings disclose only general identifiers, titles, verification status, and prices; protected source details are withheld. Every opportunity order is conditional upon MAN3 confirming current availability, source validity, and usage rights. If MAN3 cannot confirm the opportunity, the order will be cancelled and the full amount received will be refunded. Bank or payment-provider processing times may apply. Protected opportunity materials are released only after verification and payment reconciliation.
Work begins after payment or the agreed initial payment, receipt of required documents, and confirmation of scope. The customer must provide complete, accurate, current, and lawful information and respond within the agreed timeline. Delays or additional work caused by incomplete or changed information may affect delivery time and cost.
Professional services and verified opportunity materials are delivered electronically, through meetings, submissions to authorities, reports, project updates, or other methods stated in the proposal or order. Any delivery date is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Government decisions, platform outages, third-party processing, source verification, and events outside MAN3’s reasonable control may extend the timeline.
Licences, registrations, visas, approvals, classifications, source responses, and processing times are controlled by the relevant authorities or third parties. MAN3 provides reasonable professional support but does not guarantee approval, timing, availability, or a particular governmental or commercial outcome.
A customer may request cancellation in writing at marketing@my-man3.com. If MAN3 has not started work and no government or third-party costs have been incurred, the professional fee will be refunded in full. After work begins, MAN3 may deduct the value of completed work, committed resources, and non-refundable costs, and refund only the unused balance. The full-refund rule in section 5 applies when MAN3 cannot confirm an ordered opportunity. Work may be suspended for overdue payments, missing documents, unlawful requests, or material breach.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible, normally within 7–14 business days after approval; the bank or payment provider may require additional time. No refund is due after the agreed service or final deliverable has been completed and accepted, except for a substantiated failure by MAN3 to provide the agreed service or the conditional-opportunity case described in section 5. This policy does not limit any mandatory rights under Saudi law.
Website content and MAN3 brand materials are owned by or licensed to MAN3. Client-specific deliverables and usage rights are governed by the applicable agreement. Each party will reasonably protect confidential information, subject to disclosures required by law or competent authorities.
To the extent permitted by law, MAN3 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from general website information, customer delay or inaccuracy, authority decisions, third-party systems, source responses, or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Personal data is processed under the MAN3 Privacy Policy and applicable Saudi laws. MAN3 may update these terms, with the current version and date posted on the website. Saudi law governs these terms and disputes are subject to the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Contact: marketing@my-man3.com | +966 50 365 0653.
